THE TLS IN CAMBRIDGE

The Candid Club, in collaboration with The Times Literary Supplement, took to cambridge to host a celebration of culture and literature. With Kettle’s Yard as the back drop, thirty Cambridge University students, who were all shortlisted for a TLS internship, engaged in delicious food and interesting conversation.

Every student had to write a book review in order to be invited to the dinner. At their seat, was each of their books, which they were then encouraged to swap with other guests, sparking wonderful interactions and debates.

Jack and Kit were firmly out of their depth when it came to certain topics of conversation, but thoroughly enjoyed the evening nonetheless.
